What we collect and why

• Questioners: name (optional), email, and your question text + purpose field. Used solely to deliver the answer, bill through our payment merchant, and support the engagement. Payment card data never touches our servers — it is handled by our payment processor.
• Experts: identity documents, contact and payout details, domain background. Used for vetting and payment only, stored access-restricted.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-free aggregate traffic statistics only. No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting.
• Email: transactional only (scope, receipts, delivery, support). No marketing email without separate opt-in; one-click unsubscribe in every message.

Who sees your question

Only the Platform operator and the matched Expert(s), under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We disclose data only when legally compelled to our operating entity's regulators, or with your written permission.

Publication of Q&A

Completed engagements may enter our public answer library after 30 days, only after human editing removes identifying details, and only after you've had the opt-out link provided at delivery. Request removal at any time via [email protected]; we comply within 10 business days.

Retention & deletion

Account and transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax/accounting law (up to 5 years). Answer content requested for deletion is removed from public and internal systems within 30 days except statutory records. Email us to export or erase your data.

Cross-border handling

The Platform is operated by a company based in mainland China; site infrastructure and email run on cloud providers outside China; payments are processed by our merchant of record. Your question is transmitted to experts wherever they reside. By submitting, you acknowledge this processing.

Security

TLS everywhere, admin access behind identity-verified protection, database access least-privilege. No system is perfect; we notify affected users of any material breach without unreasonable delay.

Children

The service is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
